Friday, May 25, 2012 at 22.00 h Concerts by the Chamber Orchestra of Vila-seca Tchaikovsky Serenade for Strings Christian Chivu, concertmaster and director The Serenade for Strings by Tchaikovsky is one of the works for chamber orchestra romancicisme most representative. Written in 1880, at the same time as the Apertura 1812, is radically different. The author argued that the work was born of an inner drive that passion is opposed to the precision with great expressiveness. Composer admired throughout Europe, wrote this work in one of the highlights of creative activity.
