Conference "Meditation and Health", by Margarita Rodriguez, Fabio d'Agostino and Mercè Ramon. In this talk we will know what is meditation, its benefits for health and share experiences of people who meditate. At fi nalizar make a brief session of guided meditation practice. Maria Margarita Rodriguez is a translator and interpreter, reiki master and meditator for 10 years. Fabio D'Agostino is professor of music education and has 17 years experience as a meditator. Ramon is Mercè reiki teacher, aromatherapist and practitioner reiki and meditation for 26 years.
