Tarragona. Costa Dorada. On Tuesday, July 13, took place at the Provincial Palace Bofarull the signature agreement of collaboration for the development of regional tourism project "The Landscape of Geniuses "by Joan Aregio, Chairman of the Board of Tourism  Tarragona, Josep Poblet, president of Tarragona Province, Luis Miguel Perez, Mayor of Sydney, Benedict Jane Hall, Mayor Vendrell's City Hall, Fran Morancho Lopez, Mayor of Mont-Roig Camp, Angel ferrain Thomas, Mayor of Horta de Sant Joan, and  Francesc Xavier Grau, director of the University Rovira i Virgili. "The Landscape of Geniuses" is a tourism project promoted by the concerned municipalities  Horta de Sant Joan, Mont-Roig del Camp, Barcelona and El Vendrell for the creation and  development of tourism to seize the potential of linking great figures of Pablo Picasso, Joan Miro, Antoni Gaudi and Casals with the territory. This product is intangible cultural tourism to develop a unique integrating and differentiating using special values associated with these figures universal. The project has involved, apart from the four municipalities promoters, the Tourist Board of Tarragona and Universitat Rovira i Virgili signed agreement of collaboration. The study and plan for the strategy development of "The Landscape of Geniuses" were made from the Assistance Service Municipal Tourism in the Tourist Board and sponsored by the Assistance Service Municipal Tarragona Province, through the Research Group Analysis Territorial Tourism Studies Unit of Geography of the URV.
