Santa Tecla Tarragona brings the first acts for adutls and children

Tarragona. Costa Dorada. Within the framework of activities of the Festa de Santa Tecla, today, 16 September 2009 the group The Esbart will teach all children the traditional dances of this festivity: the Patatuf, Tower Ball Valencians, the boot of the Cercolets, or the rows of Turks and Horses. The activity begins at 6.30pm in the Jardines de la Reconciliation and at the end there will be a round of showcasing for each of the dances. At the same time but at Plaça Verdaguer the Theater Company Alaigua will present Pam and Panky and the rights of children.   At 7:30pm on the Rambla Nova, in front of the Ice Cream parlor Farggi, its time for the play How much honey?, From the company La trsca i la Verdesca. And continuing with the dances in the Jardines de la Reconciliacion, next to the Casa de la Festa but at 8pm, the Dance of the Cercolets Petit enters Santa Tecla for Children, which this year celebrates its 25th anniversary. At night, the Plaça del Rei has been the place chosen by Joan Masdéu to bring "Miniaturas" to the Festa Major of Tarragona, which will be presented this September 16th, 2009 at 11pm. Miniatures is a personal and introspective proposal in which the singer of Whiskyn's presents for the first time alone, a selection of songs dressed only with voice and acoustic guitar. His repertoire is based on old songs and new ones have not been published so far in any of his previous albums, plus some versions of the most influential artists in his career.
