Jesús Muñoz, executive chef of Grupo 4R, explains that "we will delight diners with a very seafood proposal, where among the different starters we offer, for example, the red tuna tartare with guacamole and wasabi pearls, or a 'zamburiña' gratin with pearls of black caviar", and points out that "the grilled 'sirloin' with grill foie gras, mushroom sauce and caramelized onions will be the main dish.
