The municipalities of the Costa Dorada prepare its Plan of Action 2010 in Santander

Tarragona. Costa Dorada. The tourism boards of Cambrils, Reus, Salou and La Pineda Vila-Seca, have been put to work in the organization of its Action Plan 2010, specifically in the promotion that will take place next May in Santander . The promotion, which will include the co-operation with PortAventura, and as a novelty, also of Tarragona Tourism Board, will have three lines of action: promoting the public direct final action to travel agents and contact with locals . A delegation formed by the managers of Trusts and municipal councilman for Salou, Alberto del Hierro, made a prospecting tour to decide the best locations and actions to perform. Like Gem, Councilor for Tourism of the Municipality of Santander, received the delegation to give maximum support and encouragement to the initiative. In the meeting with the councilor Cantabrian also said their interest is the entire market area north of the country and the possibilities that opens the connection between airports with Ryanair. In meetings with the heads of two of the most important commercial centers of the City, the technicians were able recavar data on the possibilities of actions and particularly the profile of visitors, in order to decide the best location of the promotion. Another possibility is an urban location, which can be discarded by climatic reason. The delegation has returned satisfied with the work advanced, the contacts made and the possibilities of promotion.
