Salouween, or how to enjoy the best Halloween on the Costa Daurada

Salou. Costa Dorada. 21 October 2025. From October 24 to November 2, 2025 Salou is themed to offer the best Halloween celebration on the Costa Dorada: Salouween. Special commercial activity, castaadaada and Halloween party for the little ones and families, the parade of monsters and zombies, and could not miss the Salouween Street on Paseo Jaume I, with gastronomic offer, music and shows.

Until November 1, the shops of Salou are decorated with Halloween motifs and organize a draw for a double ticket to PortAventura and Ferarri Land for purchases made in establishments. 

In addition, on October 24, starting at 5 pm, in the Plaza del Carrilet, children will be able to collect a bag with which they can go through the shops attached to the campaign to collect the chuches and chocolates that they will give away in this Truc or Tracte party. On the 24th and 25th of October, in the Children's Space there will be a children's mini passage entitled "El Club Xic's Encantat", from 5 to 8 p.m.

On October 22 and 23, the Masia Tous will host various activities and the performance "Salou Z", a passage of terror set in a zombie hospital, directed by Cristina Mu'oz, from the Ahura theater school in Salou. To enjoy this horror adventure you must register in advance at salou.reservaplay.cat

On October 28, prior registration at salou.reservaplay.cat, those over 12 years old can participate in a free horror makeup workshop, learning techniques to create wounds, scars, burns, and many other tricks. The start time is at 5.30 p.m. in the Masia Tous, and the planned completion at 7.30 p.m.

On October 29, at 5 p.m., Masia Tous offers "Five nights at Freddy's", an immersive experience of intense and terrifying virtual reality. To enjoy this activity you must reserve a place and time slot in salou.reservaplay.cat.

On October 30, also at 5 in the afternoon, in the same square of the Carrilet there will be Fiesta de Salouween Children's minidisco, makeup marathon, among other activities, to participate, from 7:30 p.m. in the parade of monsters and zombies. At 6 p.m., chocolate will be offered until stocks run out.

Zombie parade and Salouween Street

The zombie parade is on October 30 and has the start at Masia Tous at 7:30 p.m. Everyone can participate, conveniently disguised as a zombie or monster, and it is necessary to follow the instructions of the organization when placing. 

Previously, from 5.30 p.m. there is a makeup marathon in the Masia Tous, so that anyone who wants to join the zombie parade can be properly characterized. To participate in this activity, it is essential to previously purchase a ticket at the Masia itself from October 27.

The route of the zombie parade begins at Maria Castillo Street, and continues along Montserrat Street, Ciutat de Reus, Via Roma, Barcelona Street and Jaume I Promenade to Salouween Street.

The great attraction of Salouween is the Salouween Street, the celebration space with restoration, music, shows, and animation, including a children's area that occupies a good part of Paseo Jaume I of Salou. Salouween's schedules are from 17 h to 00 h on Friday, October 31, and from 12 h to 00 h on Saturday and Sunday, November 1 and 2, respectively. 

Salouween also has a solidarity side with the zumba with Halloween costume contest, organized by the Mind and Health Association La Murall and the Department of Health and Public Health, on November 2, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Plaza de las Comunidades Autónomas.

“Salouween opens the autumn-winter season in Salou”

In the presentation of the new edition of Salouween, the mayor of Salou, Pere Granados, praised the great success that has meant for Salou the organization of this party, since it is a very participatory party and, in addition, it is the celebration that "starts the autumn-winter-spring season of Salou, and that allows to extend the season", and recalled that "Salou have life beyond summer."

Granados recalled that the City Council has been working for some time to deseasonalize tourist activity in Salou, "so that the municipality has an economy 365 days a year."

In the presentation the mayor was accompanied by the councilors of Economic Dynamization, Héctor Maiquez, Youth and Childhood, Noelia Izaquierdo, and Culture, Julia Gómez, all of them councilors responsible for the organization of the various activities of Salouween 2025.
