The Suns Repsol Deliranto, El Terrat, AQ and L'Antic Molí, in the Council of Experts of the AEHT

The Federation of Hospitality Associations of the Province of Tarragona (AEHT), with the complicity of Repsol and the Cambrils City Council, has presented the adhesion to the Council of Experts of the AEHT of the four new restaurants in the province of Tarragona awarded with the Sol Repsol distinction, in a ceremony held at the Club Náutico de Cambrils.

Josep Bertran, head of Communications and External Relations at Repsol, and Francesc Pintado, president of the AEHT, have presented the already legendary AEHT chef's jacket to Pep Moreno, from Deliranto Restaurant in Salou; Moha Quach, from El Terrat de Tarragona; and Vicent Guimerà, from L'Antic Molí of Ulldecona, as a sign of welcome to the Council of Experts. The fourth restaurant, AQ, has excused its presence at the event, although the AEHT will soon send the well-deserved chef's jacket to its chef, Ana Ruiz. These four restaurants represent and reinforce the quality of the sector in the province of Tarragona.

The restaurants of the province that also have one and even two Sol Repsol distinctions were also present at the event: Joan Pàmies, from El Celler de l'Arbocet; Juan Bosch, from Can Bosch Restaurant (2 Soles); Diego Campos, from El Rincón de Diego; Jeroni Castell, from Les Moles de Ulldecona (2 Soles); Joan Gómez, from Miramar Restaurant; Ferran Cerro, from Ferran Cerro Restaurante and Fran López, from Villa Retiro.

The AEHT Council of Experts was established in 2018 with the aim of bringing together professionals from the sector recognized for their careers and experience who, thanks to their knowledge, are a benchmark, support and a source of pride for the 750 members who make up part of the entity.

The Soles Repsol are the distinctions awarded to the best restaurants and chefs in the country, and symbolize culinary excellence and Repsol's link and support for the gastronomy of Spain and Portugal.
